Anyone over the age of 18 on the membership will recieve a raffle ticket when they dine/have a drink in the lounge anytime between 5:30pm-7:00pm. Just after 7pm we will do a drawing and select 1 member (from those who are present) to win a $350 credit to CVCC.

Warm up with some gentle and slow somatic yoga and breath work to regulate your nervous system and get yourself out of those winter blues. Enjoy a sound bath with metal Tibetan Singing Bowls and the warm sound of drum to light that fire within. Reach a state of rest and relaxation with Katie this winter. Bring a blanket, pillow and your flexible comfortable clothing for a half hour of rest in the sound bath.
