Performance Lab: Tennis Lab February 2, 9, 16, 23 | 10:30 – 11:45 am | Tennis Courts $200 per 4-week session Designed to elevate movement, mechanics, and overall on-court performance, the Tennis Lab is a 4-week development experience combining tennis-specific fitness training with expert instruction. Led by Joe Rosa, Director of Racquet Sports, and Amee Foss, Certified Personal Trainer, this program is open to players of all skill levels who want to move better, build strength, and refine technique. Each week focuses on mobility, agility, power, and injury prevention while directly applying those improvements to match-ready tennis skills. Each week emphasizes technique, performance, and injury prevention so you can move better, play better, and feel better on the court. Performance Lab: Swim Lab February 4, 11, 18, 25 | 12:30 – 1:45 pm | Adult Pool $200 per 4-week session The Swim Lab is a 4-week development experience combining swim-specific dryland training with a coached Masters swim for a complete, performance-focused workout. Led by Hayden Robison, Aquatics Director, and Jodi Doty, Certified Personal Trainer, this program is designed for swimmers of all ability levels looking to build strength, improve efficiency, and support long-term performance in the water. Each session begins with targeted fitness training focused on mobility, core stability, and injury prevention, with special emphasis on shoulders, hips, and core to support efficient strokes and endurance. Following the fitness portion, participants transition into a structured 45-minute Masters swim featuring coached sets, technique cues, and conditioning tailored to individual ability levels. This lab is ideal for swimmers training for fitness, competition, or longevity. Each session begins with targeted fitness training focused on mobility, core stability, and injury prevention, with special emphasis on shoulders, hips, and core to support efficient strokes and endurance. Following the fitness portion, participants transition into a structured 45-minute Masters swim featuring coached sets, technique cues, and conditioning tailored to individual ability levels.
